How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, add products to your cart, and check out. You'll create an account or check out as guest, enter shipping and billing details, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available at checkout are displayed when you reach that step. We work with several payment processors and add new options as they become available.
Do you offer volume or bulk discounts?
Yes. Automatic volume discounts: VOLUME10 — 10% off when you order 3+ items; VOLUME15 — 15% off when you order 5+ items; VOLUME20 — 20% off when you order 10+ items. For institutional or large bulk orders, contact orders@alphabiologix.us for a custom quote.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if cancellation is requested before the order has shipped. Once shipped, refer to the Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account makes reordering faster, gives access to order history, and lets you save addresses and payment methods.
Products & Quality
What does "research use only" mean?
All Alpha Biologix US products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo application. They are not FDA-approved and we make no therapeutic claims.
What's the difference between Lyophilized and Activated?
Lyophilized products are freeze-dried powders that require reconstitution before laboratory use. Activated products are pre-reconstituted in solution at a fixed concentration and require refrigeration from shipment onward.
What purity do you guarantee?
Our standard peptides are 98% pure (HPLC-verified). Higher-purity grades are available for select compounds. See the Quality & COA information for details.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — free, on request. Email info@alphabiologix.us with the product name and, if available, the lot/batch number. We send the COA within 1–2 business days.
How should I store my products?
Most products require refrigeration (2–8°C) and protection from light. Specific storage requirements are listed on each product page.
What's the shelf life after reconstitution?
It varies by peptide. Refer to product-specific documentation and peer-reviewed literature for specific compounds.
What are the research bundles?

How long until my order ships?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Standard: 3–5 business days within the U.S. Express: 1–2 business days. Overnight: next business day if ordered before 12pm EST.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability varies by product and destination. Available options are shown at checkout based on your address.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Shipments go in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents.
Do you offer cold-chain shipping?
Yes. Temperature-sensitive products ship with cold packs and insulated packaging. Express or Overnight shipping is recommended for temperature-sensitive products, especially in summer.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, subject to the Refund Policy.
What if my package is lost or shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
Contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number sent by email after your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
Can I save products to a wishlist?
Yes — click the heart icon on any product page. An account is required.
Do you offer subscriptions or auto-reorder?
Yes, on select products. Look for the Subscribe & Save option on the product page. Subscribers receive 10% off and free shipping on recurring orders, and can pause, modify, or cancel from their account.
How do I become an affiliate?

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Because products have strict storage and handling requirements, opened, used, or compromised products cannot be accepted for return. See the Refund Policy for full eligibility and procedures.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Do I need to be a verified researcher to order?
At checkout, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, a qualified research professional, and that products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research. Sensitive products or large orders may require additional verification before shipping.
Are these products legal?
The legal status of research compounds varies by jurisdiction. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in their location regarding import, possession, and use.
Can I import these to my country?
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, fees, and ensuring the products are legal to import in their jurisdiction. Customs delays or seizures are not our responsibility.
